Automatically download Office 365 billing details pdf

Is there a fairly easy way I can easily download the pdfs containing the billing details from Office 365 automatically whenever I get my monthly email saying that new billing details are available?

Perhaps there is some kind of REST API that I can just access using Curl?

I got a reply from Microsoft saying that this was currently not possible, but anything is possible - it is just a matter of it being easy or not. I was thinking of creating a PhantomJS bot to do it:

1. List item
2. logging in with my credentials
3. going to the right page
4. scraping the urls and clicking the download button
5. saving the downloaded file into a admin folder

But this is a lot of work to get going (including debugging), requires a server to keep the job running (or AWS Lambda), and is quite error prone as all screen scraping approaches, as it relies on urls and logic not changing too much. So having a IFTTT or Zapier approach would be much sweeter.
