Virtualized OSX : Hard drive not appear

Using VMWare Workstation Pro (12.1.1)

I already install Mac OSX (El Captain) the same way witout any problem. But now I try to install the latest release the same way. The problem is after select the hard drive size ... the hard drive disappear without any reason and then can't install the OS.

Any idea ?
