I am new to Superuser and particularly a newbie on this topic. I have a shared hosting account of Hostgator. My hosting account has been suspended for 2 times due to "high load on server". Hostgator mailed me a log of requests received by the server -
http://support-tools.com/?073f97a94846b491#Me6fRCS6kAVrAmNpotjdsHHfSmhV0C+2WSGxxo/pnWY=
along with - "Kindly note that this issue had occurred as there were many hits for your website. Currently your domain is hosted in a shared hosting environment, hence, the bandwidth assigned to your domain is limited. As high number of client requests were made for your domain, the high requests started affecting other domains in the shared hosting environment as well. Hence, our Server Admin team suspended the Hosting service"
As it tus out the mentioned files are not hosted on the server and tus over a 404 page. I am repeatedly getting this "unwanted traffic" on the server and Hostgator is pushing me to upgrade my plan. What are the things which I can do from my end ? Any help would be appreciated.
