Terrible ideas involving chroot and ruing an os

If I were to make a chroot (or container using something like this) environment and run my os normally in that, what would be wrong about doing this?

Currently, I can see a few problems:

• Caot control os functions easily (reboot, sleep, etc)
• Some things will detect chroot and not run(systemd will refuse starting services)
• Potential security risks from ruing everything inside a chroot

• Are there any other obvious problems with doing this?
