I have an old Lenovo Tablet that used to run Windows 8 when I first bought it, but I upgraded to Windows 10 when it was released last year. However, recently, I decided to completely reinstall Windows 10 and clear everything on my tablet. The installation went smoothly, but when I tried to boot up the tablet, I was presented with a screen like this:
I cannot press Yes or No since the touchscreen is unresponsive on this screen. I also tried several other online recommendations like pushing and holding the Power, Volume Up and Volume Down keys simultaneously while the tablet was switched off and then booting, all to no avail.
I also tried accessing the BIOS Screen, which I was successfully able to do while pressing and holding the Volume Up Key while powering up the tablet. I attempted to do this since I had a Windows 10 32-bit USB and an OTG cable. I was able to navigate through the options, but I was unable to select the Boot Menu since the Touchscreen was unresponsive. I found a solution online that stated that conencting a USB keyboard would enable me to type Yes or No, but I currently do not have a Keyboard. I also tried using a USB Mouse, but nothing happened. This is the screen I am presented with upon accessing the BIOS Screen:
Any help on how to get this device back running would be thoroughly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
