I have dell xps 12 laptop. Last year my laptop updated to windows 10. and for month or two it worked fine. Then i borrowed my laptop to a friend who probably accidentally closed the lid while it was updating (Im assuming so). Because when I got it back it wont start. It's stuck on loading screen with Dell logo and spinning circle. I tried to install/repair other windows OS but it wouldnt help, every windows OS get stuck on loading screen. So i just put it off for months (8 to be precise). Then I saw on forum that i can install ubuntu and afterward re-install windows again. I installed ubuntu 15 - it worked! which is great. But when I booted it with ubuntu, i think, the keys "o" and "windows" are keep getting pressed repeatedly and i cant to anything. I even unplugged integrated keyboard and booted it again - the letter "o" and windows button just keep getting pressed. Then I tried to reinstall windows 10 back but again it stuck on loading screen :( please help
PS: I don't mind any OS as long as its working. Thus any help with getting Windows or Ubuntu working would be great [Windows problem - stuck on logo, Ubuntu problem - stuck on repeating some keys]
