How can i make things appear larger without changing the output resolution?

Ok, so i have a terrible monitor from 1994 and i can't make it go higher than 800x600 and this is very annoying.

Is there any way that i can change the resolution of the screen, but the output still be 800x600?

Please help me, i need this for stuff like visual studio, etc.

800x600 has very small workspace.

And my graphic card is nVidia GT 630 and i have 8GB ram if that helps.
