Excel Formula required

Respected viewrs, I have the following excel A B table. I want to count the number of cells between two 0.1 values in A column. I am not able to make a perfect code. I have tried with , if, vlook, also search and count. Please help me with correct formula I have 20000 cells to count, really a long 1 and Thanks for your kind reply. Excel table A and B
