Screen capture iOS device on PC with USB cable (not wirelessly)

On Mac OSX Yosemite, I can record an iOS device's screen with QuickTime and a wired USB connection. (Instructions)

I am looking for equivalent software for a Windows PC.

I do not want an Airplay solution as I am recording video and AirPlay, being wireless, introduces latency.
