Word Wildcard Search and Replace Formula Elements

(v_n = v_p = 0)

Does anyone know if its possible to search and replace in Word, using Wildcards, to italicize the v_n = v_p ?

Also, the same search and replace but v₁ = v_p , with the subscript numbers not italized.
