Winamp maximize ignores the taskbar

When i maximize Winamp it goes under the taskbar like if auto-hide the taskbar was on but the taskbar is still there.

Its only Winamp no other program does this, i'm on Windows 10 and have 2 monitors.

How do i fix this.
