Setting up DHCP Server on Win2012 Server inside Virtual Box, along with a Windows7 machine inside Virtual Box

I have setup virtualbox on my laptop. Now, within virtual box, I have windows server 2012 R2 Datacenter Running, and also within virtual box I have Windows 7 Ultimate running. Now, I am simply trying to setup a simple PXE boot server within Windows Server 2012 R2. Now, I have tried using the inteal network, which is found in the settings inside virtual box when you click on the settings for either machine. The problem with this is that when using the inteal network, it uses the dhcp server that is built in by virtual box. I have disabled that dhcp server within virtual box, but now when i setup my dhcp server on windows 2012, and assign the server and ip address, the windows 7 client will not receive an ip address from the dhcp server, even when i do a /release and /renew.

My goal is to setup a simple server within virtual box using only WDS and DHCP services tued on, no active directory, and have that server function as pxe server, to test and see how fast I can create and restore images using the pxe server.
