Excel 2010 populate absed on another sheet

I need some help with dynamic range and auto populate. I have a sheet zith 2 Colomns, 1 is the name and the other is the age between 6 and 12. There are 20 rows. http://imgur.com/utTJzF3

In another sheet i have created 6 colomns age 6 to 12. The idea is to auto populate those rows based on the age and when the age changes the kid is moved to the corresponding colomn. Here is the formule iv used

=IF(ROWS(A$2:A2)<=COUNTIFS(Sheet1!$A$1:$B$20;A$1);INDEX(Sheet1!$A$1:$A$20;SMALL(IF(Sheet1!$B$1:$B$20=A$1;ROW(Sheet1!$B$1:$B$20)-ROW('Clan members'!$B$1)+1);ROWS(A$2:A2)));"")

But It isnt working. Where am i going wrong?
