What is good way to apply Ansible playbook after unexpected node reboot

I manage 6 machines using Ansible. As being agentless, what would be a good way to run Ansible playbook in case of one of the machines reboot unexpectedly. Assuming something changes after reboot on machine which is not the desired state by Ansible playbook. Is there any heartbeat mechanism/design?
