Windows command line - most recently modified files across entire drive

Is there a Windows command line command that can list (say top 100) most recently modified files, searching recursively across the entire drive? I would like to run this from the command prompt that is available in the Windows Recovery Environment (boot using installation media USB and choose 'Repair').
