How can i get one certain row , one line below?

What i mean is that i have an excel doc with 4 rows

   A      B       C        D
1  Data1   Data2  Data3   Data4
2  Data5   Data6  Data7   Data8

I want every D row data to get on the below line and become like this.

   A      B       C       
1  Data1   Data2  Data3   
2  Data4   // First Data of D row on below line moved on line 2
3  Data5   Data6  Data7 
4  Data8  // Second Data of D row on below line moved on line 4.

Can this be done on anyway?

Thanks in advance. -> I Use Excel 2007 but i would love to know if thats could be done on newer versions of excel.
