Can I tell if a folder in 7zip files are identical?

I have two 7zip files A.7z and B.7z I would like to know if it's possible to tell if folder X in both files is the same and if not how does it differ? I know I can simply extract both folders and compare them but I was wondering if there's a quicker way to do this?
