Ethernet goes " Limited" when I want to share my coection

I have created a hosted network from my computer coected with a cable to etheet, but whenever I go to the Wi-Fi adapter to anable the sharing in order to coect my phone with using the shared Wi-Fi, but whenever I anable the Sharing my Etheet coection becomes Limited (No access to inteet)

My question is, Is it possible that the Operator of my Network has blocked this option of Sharing his/her coection?
