Blue Screen in Windows 10 after coecting Hardware

I upgraded my Windows 7 to Windows 10 last month and it worked properly but today I coected a hardware (pen drive) and after that when i opened my desktop then Blue Screen appeared on my screen and I am not able to access my Desktop.

Please help me as I have many important data.
