The picture posted below should explain my problem in 100%.
The storage space calculated by adding up spaces from folders like Applications, Users etc. is completely different than this showed next to my HD.
What might be the case? Hidden files takes almost no space.
EDIT The command is still ruing (but I launched it like 7 minutes ago):
