Avira Antivirus: Please leave my cracks and keygens alone

Is there a way to tell Avira to ignore all keygens and leave them alone? See, I have to create an exclusion rule for every file... and this is really time consuming. Is there a way to just tell it: "Ignore this type of 'viruses' ".

If this is not possible with Avira, do you know of any other anti-virus that would respect my decisions in my life and leave my keygens alone?
