Ubunut, VirtualBox, RemixOS - endless boot loop

I tried to run RemixOS inside VirtualBox on Ubuntu, but RemixOS runs in an endless boot loop. It's the problem mentioned here too. These are my settings:

Any ideas what could cause these endless boot loop?
