making buttons with notepad

im runing a win 10 install on a laptop that originally shipped with 7. i am having problems with the audio drivers that when the laptop get shut and reopened the sound still works, but it will no longer play any bass notes. i found that the commands to restart the audio service fixes the issue. what I would like to do is figure out how to write a command in note pad and save it so that all i have to do is click an icon on my desktop and it will execute these commands. ive done this before for shutting down the computer but i forgot how to do so.

the commands i am trying to attach to buttons are as follow

net stop audiosrv net start audiosrv

these commands work, but it would be nice to have a simple click click and done. im getting sick of going through the drawn out process to fix every win 10 quirk every single time
