Should I reformat from MBR to GPT?

I bought a Lenovo Y700 with FreeDOS on a 1 GB partition with 932 GB of unallocated space on the second partition. I wanted to be able to boot 3 systems on it - Windows 7/10, Debian/Xubuntu and Antergos. I decided to choose Windows 10, so I downloaded it from Microsoft and used Rufus to install it on the pendrive.

I was tinkering with the options in UEFI - unfortunately, I am a new user of a laptop with such kind of firmware and I was unsure about what to choose. I thought that there might be less problems with booting more than 1 operating system if I went with having the MBR partitioning scheme. That's why I chose all the "Legacy" options in the UEFI. I installed Windows 10 along with the drivers and it is working fine.

Unfortunately, it tued out that not many Linux distributions work well with Lenovo Y700 (17ISK version) - only Xubuntu so far - and I began thinking about having only Windows with GPT and running Linux virtual machines inside of it. It wouldn't be a bad idea, because the laptop has 16 GB of DDR4 RAM and an Intel i7-6700HQ processor. I also have that FreeDOS on the partition in the beginning of the hard disk, so it looks like FreeDOS 1 GB - Windows 10 300 GB - Unallocated space 631 GB. I don't know why I didn't remove that tiny partition, but, well, now it is here taking up being one of, unfortunately, primary partitions.

So, I became doubtful about that matter and I am not sure if having Xubuntu next to Windows is more advantageous than running it inside of a virtual machine. Should I remove the partitions on the hard drive, convert it to GPT and install Windows 10 once again? Will it bring many benefits to me? The only bad thing about MBR that I can see so far is that only 4 partitions can be primary. I am beginning to believe that the recent computers - especially laptops - are leaning towards the technologies that are used in tablets and smartphones. Yeah, UEFI and GPT might be superior, yet I'm still not used to them.
