migrating VM from ubuntu to centos?

I am using ubuntu on my VM ware VM. I attached 1 boot disk(centos) having three partitions with centos and following network setting in etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0. # Configuration for eth0 DEVICE=eth0 BOOTPROTO='static' STARTMODE='onboot' IPADDR='10.127.22.13'dummy.(actual valid) NETMASK='255.255.255.0'//valid GATEWAY='10.127.0.2'. //dummy(actual valid). Then if I want to delete all disk which was attached to ubuntu machine. is that VM will up and respond to network ?
