Windows 10 tablet mode: how do I lock regular keyboard and leave tablet keyboard unlocked?

I have a touchscreen laptop with windows 10 installed on it. In win10 tablet mode: How do I lock the regular keyboard & mouse but keep the tablet keyboard (on-screen keyboard) unlocked? If needed, I don't mind installing extra software.
