Can you force WAMP to use Notepad++ when edit WAMP's PHP.INI file?

Can you force WAMP to use Notepad++ when edit WAMP's PHP.INI file?

Each time I open WAMP this file is opened with the regular Windows notepad.

Navigating manually to the WAMP's PHP.INI file is sisyphic and there are several files with the same name (PHP.INI) coming with the program and their locatins can changed in some releases so in any case it is better to access the file than the WAMP GUI but I just need it to open with Notepad++...

I already tried to mark all PHP files as "always use the selected program to open this kind of file", but it didn't help.
