My laptop isn't showing the exteal hard disk

I am using a Seagate exteal hard disk of 1TB. Unfortunately my laptop was out of power and got hibeated with the HDD connected to it. And I disconnected the HDD before re-starting it.

And now my laptop's File Explorer isn't listing my hard disk when I connect it. I am using Windows10 on my Lenovo G50-70 laptop.

Please suggest any solution possible.
