problems with Word 2016 Legacy Text field form

I was really pissed off today with MS 365 word and thought It was only the software on my work PC, but when I got home found the same problem. It looks the new update for office 365 did something wired. It was normal before and no problem when trying it in Office 2010. I do Arabic translation at my work and I create fillable forms using word. Today I noticed the text filed looks like a a small square instead of a rectangle shaded area. I tried to remove and re install without any luck Please see the image below. It's only happening when trying to type in Arabic. Please help
