Setting TLS 1.0 in Win 2012 server R2 in registry

I am trying to make LDAPS successfull session with TLS1.0 between 2012 and 2008 From the registry path HKLM SYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlSecurityProvidersSCHANNELProtocols I dont see anything explicit for TLS1.0 , I see only SSL2.0
