How can I use the START command to open Netlimiter's NLClientApp.exe in minimized mode?

I have placed this 3-line script in my Startup folder:

@ECHO OFF

TIMEOUT /T 45

START "" /MIN "C:Program FilesLocktime SoftwareNetLimiter 4NLClientApp.exe"

I want to delay the start time of NLClientApp.exe at the startup. However even with the /MIN option, it opens the NLClientApp in Maximized mode.

I am ruing Windows-7.
