How to constantly show PUBLIC IP address on Windows 10

So we are on a a multi-WAN load balancer and i needed to know constantly what WAN a client PC is on. I think the only way to tell is to see the public IP the clients are on. So is there a setting on windows or perhaps a tool that can CONSTANTLY show public IP constantly in the task bar or as floating text somewhere on my screen, and all that?
