Cable or Graphics Card issue?

Using GTX 750 ti , the one with mini-hdmi port.

I boughy mini hdmi to hdmi cable hooked to TV and the TV wont recognize the PC.

I updated drivers , checked with all HDMI ports on TV without luck.

What can be the real problem?

I dont have any friend with mini hdmi port to check on the cable and the shopkeeper wont replace it.
