How can I fix a broken build of qt4 in ubuntu 16.04

Am trying to build the open-source version of qt 4.7.8 from here https://download.qt.io/official_releases/qt/4.8/4.8.7/

Is that even the good plan?

This is the compile error I am finding.

This is while it's trying to make WebKit.

I'm surprised it's a conflict since it seems to be the same declaration twice.

I think I have the right packages installed but it could be the wrong set of packages. I got several packages according to one post and another package based on another post

GLib support: libglib2.0-dev
SSL support: libssl-dev
GTK+ support: libgtk2.0-dev
CUPS support: libcups2-dev
OpenGL support: libgl1-mesa-dev libglu1-mesa-dev
MM Support: libgstreamer0.10-dev

I guess they could be out of date. It wasn't enough so I had to do one more gstreamer thing

sudo apt-get install libgstreamer-plugins-base0.10-dev

In a sane world that last install of libgstreamer-base0.10-dev would be the mistake since it is not on wiki.qt.io (which is about how to build on ubuntu 10.10 so I have probably screwed it up really good now!)
