How can I use an iOS device as an AirPlay receiver for video? [on hold]

Would like to use an iOS device ( iPhone or iPad ) as a receiver for video streaming. Ideally the protocol would be AirPlay but it doesn't have to be. Main goal is to show one iOS device's screen on another. Are there any apps or technology available that would support anything close to this?

Creative ideas welcome such as live streaming of one iOS device to YouTube and then have the other device viewing the live stream. Even that would be an acceptable answer if it were technically possible.
