Idle Time Monitor

I manage a 100 member BPO and I am having serious problems with the break time of the employees. They keep walking out in groups and my door monitor is not able to capture these. I had a manual study done using my leads and it came out that on an average an agent is on break for more tha 2 hours per day and some people are at 3 hours. I want to know if there is any software that I can implement in all computers which requires the user to enter a code before they go for a break. A code for 15 minute, 1 30 Minute and a five minute code. if the user is not back within 35,20 or 7 minutes I need the computer to be locked and only a superuser code can unlock the machine. I also need to be able to get logs from computers. Please suggest.
