is it possible to limit the Bandwidth Consumption in modem zte f660

I use inteet using modem zte f660 @10mbps, this inteet share to some client via wifi, but I want to know the way to limit bandwidth usage, is it possible to limit trhought modem configuration ?

My inteet coection is free slow if a client download something use IDM software, how to limit IDM in my modem ?
