URGENT HELP -REQUEST - ONLINE /OFFLINE TEST CREATOR

I need to create an online if not at least an offline test with multiple types of questions which are already on my excel sheet. I am short of time and this has to be done to allow approx 70 to 80 students with around 50 questions which may include objective types, fill in the blanks and some space with columns, where-in the user can enter the answers depending on the information gathered from the inteet sources. Either it does not provide me options or is really not affordable by me. This is an additional service which I do towards educating students from rural areas through open schooling without any profits or benefits for my self.

I have tried a few Online tools, which does not suffice my requirements. Request you to kindly assist me on the same either with suggesting any software which can be linked with our servers here with access provided to students online (either within the network or from open source web) Or if I could find any Online tool that I can use to prepare at-least 5 to 6 different questionnaires. - Request for an urgent reply, since I am running out of time.
