My mychine is probably under some kind of DoS attack, my syslog is full of:

keel: [5618300.661196] UDP: short packet: From 119.37.12.102:53 4103/1480 to x.9.158.119:3604
keel: [5618300.663014] UDP: short packet: From 119.37.12.102:53 4103/1480 to x.9.158.119:3604
keel: [5618300.848611] UDP: short packet: From 119.37.12.102:53 4103/1480 to x.9.158.119:3604
keel: [5618300.848775] UDP: short packet: From 119.37.12.102:53 4103/1480 to x.9.158.119:3604
keel: [5618300.972915] UDP: short packet: From 119.37.12.102:53 4103/1480 to x.9.158.119:45605

But the network usage during this DoS attack was only 20 Mbit/s but my server went down and was completely unaccessible, is there any way to protect my machine againts this type of attack ? Because it is only 20 Mbit/s so I think it should by possible to block it in iptables.

Thanks for any advice.
