Computer works connected to some power outlet but not others

I have a computer which was working fine until this moing when it would no longer tu on correctly, it would power up then just beep with no signal being sent to the screen. However I then moved it to my work station to look at it and it worked fine, I then tried it using other power outlets and it continued to work until I took it back to the workstation where it wouldn't work.

Other devices seem to be powering up fine using the same outlets.
