Is there a way to open windows command CLI from Windows Explorer with Administrator rights?

In windows explorer, you can open a folder and type cmd in the address bar. Then a CLI (cmd) is opened with the CWD set to the path that was selected in Windows Explorer. But this is not run as Administrator.

Is there something similar for opening cmd with Administrator rights?
