Synology 716+II DSM caot join to the Domain

We just newly bought Synology 716+II NAS Storage, All went well but problem came when I want to join the NAS to our Domain. The thing is, The DSM shows "Failed to join the Domain" but when I go to our DC Server, I can already see the Hostname of the NAS there.

Is there anyone already experience the same and managed to solved the problem?
