XAMPP, point "localhost" to port 488 not 489

I changed the default ports 80 & 443 to 488, 489.

Whenever I tu on Apache from XAMPP and I type in localhost into my browser bar, it always defaults me to http://localhost:489, the SSL server. How do I make this point to 488 instead?
