I opened my PC and it was working fine. I have Linux Mint as an OS. Suddenly, while using Firefox, an error popped that: Firefox has crashed.
Then my PC hanged indefinitely and I had to force it to close by UPS. Then when I tried pressing the power key, nothing was happening. After plugging the power cable in and out, it opened. But again the same error popped after some time, and when I restarted this came:
[2434. 528024] Bug: Bad rss-counter state mm: f43afdc0 idx:0 val:-1
[2434. 528089] Bug: Bad rss-counter state mm: f43afdc0 idx:0 val:1
After this automatically a long list came up with this in the end:
[2474.195870] --- [end Keel panic - not syncing: fatal exception in interrupt]
Then I had to shut it down again and since then I have not been able to open it. No matter what I do it's not starting.
So I just wanted to know that:
- What is this and why is this happening?
- Is it the hardware or software problem?
