A minimalistic but powerful single board computer

I'm looking for a minimalistic but powerful single board computer to build a server cluster for a highly specialized search task.

I just need a CPU, RAM and an etheet port on the board. Furthermore it should be a fanless, low power solution.

What I've found so far is the Odroid-C2 board from hardkeel. It's a start but has build in much more features that I don't need. Like the GPU or the HDMI and USB ports.

So, is there a board that fulfills these requirements I'm looking for?
