Add a Case fan Lenovo Ideacentre H30-50

I have a Lenovo IdeaCentre H30-50 and am willing to add a fan for the body. On the motherboard I have two idle 4 pin fan coectors named as PWR_FAN and SYS_FAN that are not coected to anything. So my question is can I use any of them or PWR_FAN or SYS_FAN?
