Copy and paste to new document without exteal links

I am creating a set of 8 Excel templates for a project. Participants will be given a USB thumb drive with the templates, which they will use to create claim forms for the project (each participant could generate as many as 250 claim forms) and one summary form. The forms will be saved by the user in a specific folder on the USB thumb drive.

The summary sheet has one line for each claim form, with certain pieces of information from each form. In practice, it is very problematic, as users tend to make so many errors entering the data that it becomes useless.

I would like to set up a Copy Line on each claim form template. When users enter data for each claim form, it would populate the right information into the right spaces so that the user could simply copy that line, and paste it into the summary sheet. But the problem is that when using formulas to populate the Copy Line, the summary sheet would not contain the actual data but would instead contain exteal links to the data (which could easily break if the user renames or moves the claim form). The users I'm working with have very basic computer skills, so asking them to Paste Values or do any action other than a straightforward copy-paste is not going to happen.

Is there any way to create a Copy Line that beginning users could simply copy and paste to another document and ensure that the actual data is pasted rather than the formulas/linkdump?

I have not used VBA much at all, but would be willing to lea and experiment with it if it would solve my problem.
