Make an Apple LW 16/600 PS work on Windows 10 x64 on parallel port

I would like to breath life into this old printer. The printer is 100% working and it was in use, but the old P3 PC (with Win XP) which it was coected died. The replacement PC is sadly ruing Win 10 Pro x64 and it can not be downgraded at least not legally. The printer is coected directly to the PC on the parallel port as it was on the old PC, but I can not make it work.

I tried a couple of different drivers like the Microsoft Generic PS printer driver but it wont print. I see that the PC and printer are communicating because when I send a printing job to the printer the busy LED starts to blink but it does not start to print.

My guess is that the drivers I tried sending the data to the printer in wrong format, but as I said its just a guess.

What can I try to make this relic print? I saw that HP has a Universal Printer driver for Win PostScript (x64) could that help or would be a waste of time?
