Microsoft Excel Vlookup on ONE cell, pull ENTIRE row of data if it matches

I am trying to discover a way to have excel reference a series of numbers. In my spreadsheet, these numbers are referred to as "Business Units". this allows for us to determine the geo-location and if it falls within the price range of the contract. Now the difference being, if it is in scope it would be "6476200XX"( The XX would be an identifier for the state are it belongs to for tax purposes) And out of scope is always "6476400001". I have about 800 of these to scrub through for certain details, but to simplify it I am able to move all work orders from one identifier to a seperate sheet, and it makes it simpler.

I am looking for a code that will look at this code, identify the 5th number (either 2 or 4) in one sheet, and pull the entire 150 columns of data in the row to that sheet, matching the same way it would from a prior sheet.
