virtual box google service stopped

i just instalet android 4.4 on my virtualbox but when i want start google play i got this error enter image description here

than i touch it was becouse i had no inteet coection so i searched how to enable inteet but there where so may ways and i tried so may but nothings works for getting inteet so i have two questions.

1 is it becouse i have no inteet thats google services stops.

2 and so yes how do i fix this inteet problem.
